- Women in FilmThe Women in Film project was a university project made in 2011 using film posters found on the IMP Awards website. Images were created by overlaying several film posters, placing each face in the same position and thus conveying average portrayals of on-screen beauty for each decade. As a further experiment, we tracked down higher resolution posters from a wider range of sources. Originally, Photoshop was used to overlap the faces; this time we used Processing to blend the images together by averaging the RGB values of each pixel across all the layers. This creates a true average of the faces for each year. The earlier version of this project was featured on Digital Arts Online.
- ShellsuitZombie Issue 5In 2014 I designed the layouts of two features for the fifth print issue of ShellsuitZombie. ’10 small Ways to Guilt-Trip Your Tight Employer’ was a tongue-in-cheek comedy feature on how to earn money in an unpaid position. The ilustrations were inspired by ClipArt-style stock vectors. I also created a spread celebrating the many collaborative events of ShellsuitZombie with StudioFiftyFive, and adapted the text boxes and photographs for a wall piece at the magazine’s launch party. Work history
Graphic Designer
Voluntary design team member for a non-profit organisation and zine aimed at young creatives. Wrote and organised blog posts, including a weekly series promoting the work of emerging designers and artists. Designed and created an interactive wall piece at the 2014 MEX event. Created illustrations and spreads for the print magazine and artwork for a campaign to crowdfund Leefest, an independent music festival. Assisted with shooting a short promotional film and organising events.

Full-time role for a large outdoor company. Designed and updated promotional emails, packaging, T-shirt prints, fabric patterns, POS, clothing labels, swing tags and web banners.
