Established and led the design team at Kids Industries. Joined the brand consultancy as a graduate in the position of Office Junior and received a sound grounding in how the business operated. Soon, the role was adapted to involve implementing campaigns by creating compelling print and digital communications. As the need for design eventually grew, managed small teams of designers, illustrators, and developers. Worked closely with client teams to determine briefs and develop creative solutions. On occasion, it was necessary to step in and assist the marketing department by fitting a variety of roles from project management, to overseeing the production of TV ads, copywriting, and putting the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on tour.
