I was the first point of contact for all visitors to the office. A few of my responsibilities included: - Undertaking research on new business propositions and researching broadcasters around the world. - Finding out more about internal workflows within Broadcast organisations worldwide. - Keeping sales database up to date and ensuring that all client databases are current. - Assistance in organising and streamlining the IMD marketing collateral. - Planning and organising staff events. - Administration – front of house manager, diary management etc. - Monitoring TV transmission data on a daily basis and assisting the Business Affairs Team
I provided solid and consistent support to the team at Citizenship Foundation. As part of my role I was the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and provided administrative support for the HR and Office Manager.
To receive and relay transport orders in a timely and efficient manner and also to assist in the planning and development of Volunteer Drivers. I successfully managed to maintain close communications with my assigned team of 60 drivers and also had to provide assistance to ensure a quality service was given by the Volunteer Drivers.
