UX ArchitectThe BIO Agency
From January I was working on the redesign of the e-commerce site of a global electronics and tech client. This was a fully responsive site with web-applications, news, video and events content.
As UX Architect on the project, my role was to liaise with the design and development teams, codesign with and present to senior client stakeholders and external development teams, brainstorm, run user testing sessions, gather user and business requirements, construct and maintain the site map, scamp and wireframe ideas, generate and evaluate prototypes, and assist, supervise and review junior members of the team.
UX Researcher

I ran the user research side of the design department, conducting contextual enquiries, workshops and establishing a program of test sessions and network of volunteers to evaluate designs and generate insights for further design iterations. I wrote reports for presentation to
senior stakeholders, external design agencies and product teams as appropriate.
I worked on around 10 digital products during this time: social media integration, collection presentation, search, email alerts, manuscript submission process, subject classifications, etc.
