Resolving email and telephone queries regarding Associate pay and expenses - including tax issues, Auto-enrolment pensions and proper use of budget codes. Accurate and consistent processing of personal data and Associate claims using Oracle R12. The sampling of colleagues’ work, via Oracle BPEL workflow manager, to ensure a high quality of work is throughout the department. Training new and existing colleagues on procedures and software packages to sustain a knowledgeable and skilful team. In addition, the maintenance of the Associate personal details and historic claims archive for audit purposes was very important.
Working across various departments - sorting assessment materials and archiving papers, both live and from previous years. Prior to the exam period, facilitation of Standardisation meetings between AQA colleagues and senior examiners was important; Ensuring marking was consistent throughout the examiner pool – greeting examiners, aiding in their queries regarding facilities, AQA contacts and their work during the meetings. Also providing photocopying and transcribing facilities.
Heavily involved in developing luxury interior and furniture projects within a small, international team. Working alongside William Sawaya to develop products for Milan Furniture Fair.
