Here is a little bit about what i've done so far:
I have recently finished a master’s degree in which I achieved a distinction, also simultaneously I have been working in a variety of freelance audio-post roles (Mixing/Mastering/Sound Design Ect). During this time I have had to sell my skills to a variety of clientele in order to gain the income that funded my masters degree.
I've had films screened at 'New Jersey Film Festival', 'Aesthetica' and I have a spanish film named 'A l'Ombra de la Muntanya' which is being screened at several festivals this year including 'Cannes'.

As I previously mentioned, I have had experience in just about every audio-post role and i'm always willing to work in different roles

Work history
Freelance Composer
During my time working as a freelance Composer/Sound Designer, I have been commissioned to work on a large variety of projects, also covering several genres.
As a composer, I also cover the task of working as an ‘Orchestrator’ and ‘Arranger, something which I have grown accustom to and have in fact written academic papers on the subjects.
As I have been mostly responsible for the full development of my music, I have also got several years worth of experience within these fields. Because of the nature of my specialization, the finished product has to be of a professional industry standard, which can range from ‘Mild compression to maintain dynamics’ to ‘Heavy compression for maximum amplitude ( as is the modern standard)’.

Working at the travellers enabled me to develop a confident and customer-friendly demeanour. I was responsible for order taking, communicating customer requirements to the kitchen, ensuring that bill details were correct at the end of meals along with cash handling and card payments.

My approach to scoring is entirely methodical, I look at all of the narrative and aesthetic sources and devise themes and timbres which match or contrast the film. I have an academic blog outlining the various different approaches to scoring for film.
