The Community Manger is responsible for developing the Alchemy Wings tone-of-voice through creating, curating and sharing content with consumers across London.
As IC Resources' Brand Interaction Manager I was tasked with nurturing public engagement with the IC Resources & IC Creative brands. This involved creating, curating and distributing digital content across all channels, in line with the company marketing strategy, with an eye to develop our corporate identity and community presence (both physical and digital). I also supported the Marketing Manager with ad hoc marketing/branding duties and was responsible for Graduate Engagement. I also had the pleasure of managing Talent Attraction and Acquisition for internal and external groups within the IC Resources network.

Working with contacts to identify their needs and realise their career aspirations. Offering careers advice, reviewing resumes and portfolios, coaching and mentoring.
