Media Evaluation Analyst Main duties include: • Analysing various media (newspapers, magazines, broadcasts, newswires, social media) daily on behalf of clients, pulling out relevant information for study. • Keeping up-to-date with industry news, researching clients and campaigns • Variety of clients: Schroders, Fidelity, Deloitte (US & UK), Guardian Media Group, Scottish Power, Boots, Diabetes UK, Three. This has given me knowledge of a variety of sectors. • Liaising with clients over their coverage, to ensure tracked metrics are up-to-date • Improving analysis efficiency and quality control methods • Training colleagues on clients, and adapting to new clients and ad-hoc work • Deputy Team Leader responsibilities
Customer Service Advisor – Main duties include obtaining customer needs, arranging and managing conferences and meetings at the Main Building and Old War Office in Whitehall. Other key duties include small project work, reception tasks, administration and data entry, and helping customers with any queries via telephone communications or email. This is done while working as part of a core team, sometimes in a supervisory role.
Customer Service Advisor - Main duties included agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments compliantly to customers; consulting with customers to offer appropriate tariffs/contracts in line with customers’ needs whilst working towards objectives, meeting sales targets and individual targets; promoting new products or special deals; advising customers about insurance and after-sales service; providing a satisfied customer experience; administration tasks including data entry; training new staff in high standards of customer service and products and reporting sales trends to my manager.
