Working 2-3 days a week I assisted with photographing products (and editing using Photoshop), serving customers face to face, dealing with postal orders (including fulfilling and tracking orders using a computer system), handling prints, hanging exhibitions, stock management, database management, uploading content to social media channels, writing and uploading content for the company website/ecommerce site, Dealing with customer emails/phone calls and invigilating. • Content writing/ Marketing- I was responsible for taking photographs and writing about products. This information would then be uploaded to the website and social media platforms (experience using shopify and Facebook/twitter/tumblr/instagram). Gained a solid understanding of how to write SEO copy that works. I also responded to customer queries on these social networks and used Google AdWords to direct traffic to the web store. • Shop work- I made sure the shop was clean and well organised at all times, served customers and advised them about other products they may be interested in. • Online sales- I used shopify to track online orders stock control. • General- I helped with the hanging of exhibitions and during exhibition opening nights.
Liaising with clients, management and suppliers, supporting the marketing team through customer database insight, processing and archiving all inbound purchase orders, making travel arrangements for staff, content managing and updating the company's e commerce site, credit control and creative business contributions and product development. • Liaising with customers- Contacting customers via email to answer any questions about the printing process or answering any technical questions they may have. Using a system called NetSuite to track orders and log contact with customer. • Assisting Management- Assisted management in many different tasks, processed expense claims, managed diaries, kept notes in meetings and assisted at events. This job was extremely deadline driven, and I was able to work well under pressure by working closely with teammates.

I worked 2-3 evening shifts a month at one of the oldest cinemas in the country. Customer-focused, ensuring cinemas are clean and films run on time, invigilating film / education events, basic setup of AV equipment and customer health and safety.
I worked on an exhibition exploring the history and cultural importance of pop music videos. I assisted in administration, writing and online content management.
