Responsible for the design, organisation and execution of all technical (lighting, sound, dressing and pyrotechnics) aspects of the annual Summer Ball at Imperial College London in 2014 and 2015. Planning and preparation for the event occurred in the three months prior to the Ball and included design mock ups, pre-programming and liaising with suppliers. During the three-day execution of the event, I led a team of 15+ technicians with a £15,000 equipment budget to convert generic university spaces into three live-music stages suitable for recording artists (Professor Green, DJ Fresh) and to operate lighting, sound and pyrotechnics throughout the event.
