Account Manager
I am responsible for ensuring agency work happens on schedule, to budget and to a standard that exceeds expectations. Day-to-day I am the key point of contact for clients such as Renault, Visa and Bord Gáis Energy.
A key aspect of my role is focused on getting the best work out of my clients by anticipating opportunities and needs, while also pursuing creative excellence from within the agency. Communication is an imperative aspect of my role as an Account Manager. From delegation with clients to communication between team members, I must always be one step ahead ensuring projects are progressing and client’s expectations are met.
