Whilst unconventional I learnt a lot of transferable skills and have managed to grow and develop them as such. Marketing: curating ideas to further enhance customer satisfaction and qualm any worries held given the current changes. Social Media: Brainstorming and participating in promotions of our centre on our social media platforms. Multitasking: Leisure centres are filled with 'hustle and bustle', Working in a busy environment where expectations must be immediately met, due to deadlines and times. My ability to prioritise has reached a new level. Communication: Given the location I have learnt multiple ways to communicate with others given the absence of a common language. ensuring their integrity wasn't lost. Company Takeover: learning new systems on the job, handling high-pressure situations adapting to changing environments and dynamics. takeovers can be stressful for staff and customers alike ensuring both parties feel listened to and valued. all in all. learning is everywhere.
