I am Clara, an empathic UX Designer with previous experience in the fast-paced start-up environment. My experience in digital has landed me in the sweet spot of both innovation and continuous learning which has provided some very satisfying work not only on the design side, but working with developers and making sure products are produced and delivered to a very high standard. I recently completed the immersive UX Design course at General Assembly which covered the full UX Design process. This course provided me with a full range of skills and UX methodologies to use in order to create thoughtful designs. Passionate about research and testing involved in the UX process, I believe understanding people’s behaviours and identifying trends is key to creating useful and intuitive products. Yearbook Machine is an online software for designing and printing memory books - Ensured the good layout of non-automated pages in the system. - Exported final books out of the system on Indesign. - Made manual changes to the design or content, according to the customer’s needs. - Sent draft of the book to customers after each round of changes. - Designed covers and vectorized school and company logos. - Prepared high-fidelity print files. - Helped with customer support (phone calls, chat box and emails).
City Pantry is a Catering Platform - Managed catering staff from recruitment to scheduling, briefing, training, monitoring and invoicing. - Coordinated and monitored live operations during service hours. - Planned and managed the on-site process for each client: food and catering equipment, venue mapping, creation of food menus and labels.
Assistant to the Business Affairs Department of a Franco-German TV network. - Worked between the Distribution Department and the DVD/VOD department. - Drafted contracts and amendments for international sales of media rights of programs, extracts and versions. - Ensured the tracking of sales and updated database. - Conducted legal research of media rights availability and producers authorizations. - Analysed drafts and negotiated terms with new clients before proposing the agreed version to the legal department for validation.

As a team, our solution was to incorporate a social community into Netflix’s platform. - Out - A two-week solo concept project creating an app tailored to address and solve a specific person’s problem. OUT is an app for more spontaneous get together between friends. Users can locate who wants to go out, initiate chats and get direction to meet.
