    For the past year and a half, I have been working as part of the luxury PR and communications industry for Symposium, the PR division of Socrates Communications. I have been working with luxury travel destinations in Southern Spain, Portugal and in the Caribbean and with some of London's largest property developers and architects. I have also been working with clients such as interior designers with a UHNW target audience, and with contemporary artists. Within this role I have been building and maintaining strong relationships with these clients and with their relevant press targets, and in January 2018 I singlehandedly created, managed and supervised a travel and yachting journalist on a one week press trip to the Caribbean. My role has also included: creating itineraries for press trips, communicating with our clients' target consumers and target press at industry events, copy writing and social media management, creating social media campaigns, social media content, copy writing with a focus on SEO, organising and updating image libraries, providing briefing documents for clients and press, providing agendas and minutes for client meetings, as well as creating website content, newsletters and press releases. I have developed a calendar of industry events across travel, yachting, sport, fashion, art and continue to update this with events relevant to an UHNW audience. I have been working in a team of two, which has now expanded into a team of three for ten different clients. Therefore, I have learned how to work to tight deadlines, across time zones and manage my time equally between clients.

    This consisted of learning how to use press-tracking databases and undertake market research into various themes within the press. At the end of the two weeks I wrote and presented a report about key social media and digital trends that will impact different elements of the market over the next few years.
