Administer the office reporting into the Office Manager/PA: Event Administration, office Christmas and Summer parties and adhoc events. Office Administration: stationary and refreshments orders, archiving, bank reconciliation filing, etc. Front of House Manager, liaising with facilities management and key service providers, booking meeting rooms, managing the switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors.
