About me
I wanna see fantasy come to life and bring some beauty to this world. I take great satisfaction from creating bizarre and engaging pieces; I enjoy complicated and fiddly work and always strive to make everything visually and technically perfect. My love for textiles and textures, costume and fashion, art and crafts, pushes me to put my creative ideas in to material objects. I am forever enthusiastic about my work and take on all tasks with a can do attitude. Curious by nature, inevitably eager to learn new skills.
Projects
  • Dream & Death
Dream & DeathThe surreal dance of Dream&Death. Two concept, two entities, a duality in life. Dream and Death represent a part of you that you have no power over, they are there, they are beautiful and frightful at the same time. "They dance around you, within your grasp they exist. Unexpectedly they surround you, enveloping you in their arms. Once, every day, once, forever. There is no reason why, you cannot escape them, their tragic beauty hypnotise you."
  • GUAPA LOCA
GUAPA LOCAInspired by the colour of tropical gardens and Mexican iconography, celebrates exuberance, eclecticism and a careless cheeky attitude.
  • REGAL NOMADS
REGAL NOMADSA Bloodline from the North African mountains or the vastness of the desert beyond, some says the steppe of Asia, their real origins remain untold. They are coming, bringing with them the mysteries of the lands of the travellers, its riches and colours. They are Nomads, ready to charm and leave us bewitched, but they will not stay, their nature is a wild thing.
  • neteru
neteruNETERU, THE ESSENCE OF THE GODS, portrays the sacred aesthetic of the ancient Egyptian gods Anubis and Horus. Inspired by the Egyptian belief that ”BEAUTY is a sign of holiness”, the images wish to evoke a feeling of Divine Excess. "Empowering forms clad in contrasting tones of gold and black, striking in the richness of colour, enticing and forbidding." A collaborative piece between “Sweet’n’Twisted” designer Clarice Serra and James Butler, an up and coming British cinematographer.
