About me
For the past two years I have been working as Executive Assistant to the CEO of E3 Property, a high-end property developer. My responsibilities have been hugely diverse and have included both assistant duties as well as marketing duties. My responsibilities as EA ranged from creating travel itineraries, complex diary management, private adhoc organisation to preparing reports and research driven activities. I have been heavily involved with the brand redevelopment, launch, marketing, advertising and PR of their development, The Keys – all of which I have loved. Rebranding the development has been a vast challenge, but one that has been exhilarating and fun.
Alongside this I have helped brainstorm, design and configure the concierge services being provided at The Keys. I am now keen to become further involved in the concierge industry and become more hands on and client sided. Activating The Keys Club at The Keys was a real learning experience for me. Being thrown into the deep end meant that I learnt the real details about customer service, provision of services and the intricacy and privacy needed within a concierge company.
Working with luxury property developments, property owners, investment funds and at the famed Artcatto gallery, has prepared me for an industry that is largely based on luxury customer services. I have a knack for being able to achieve the “impossible”, and I rarely am unable to fulfil even the most difficult of requests. I enjoy being able to complete small tasks efficiently and diligently and feel at my best when I can get the job done perfectly.
I additionally have experience on working with events and hugely enjoyed this dynamic of the jobs I have previously had. For E3 property I frequently organised showcasing at international roadshows and attending industry events such as Decorex. I also helped organise all company events for E3 Property, E3 Sports and for my previous employer Beauchamp Estates. Working at ArtCatto gallery, I organised many art networking events and showcases, and was responsible for everything from promotion of the event to the catering, execution and finish of the event.
In my spare time I thoroughly enjoy dining out, and I am always first to know about the new restaurants and events that are happening in London. I currently freelance for online magazine, StyleNest, where I frequently review new places to eat in London, new health and fitness events as well as new products being launched to the market. I regularly conduct interviews with some of the industry’s leading disciples – I recently interviewed The Good Life Eatery owners and nutritionist Gabriela Peacock. I am a keen advocate of healthy eating and healthy living and I think this shines through in the way that I present myself and the way I live my life.
