• Working closely with regional venues on a daily basis as a representative for the producers. This includes the management of venue campaigns and ensuring that these are strategically timed and maintain the brand’s presence during the campaign’s lifetime nationwide. Adjusting or including tactical and additional campaign activity where necessary during the entirety of the campaign in each territory. • Responsibility and management of client budgets for touring shows, and ensuring budgets are adhered to. Speaking directly with clients to discuss any additional spend that may be needed in each region. • Liaising with AKA’s internal Media departments and external media companies in order to plan in advertising across the UK & Ireland for each touring show. This includes Press advertising, Digital Media campaigns, PPC and SEO strategy, TV & Radio campaigns, Social Media strategy and advertising and Specialist Marketing. • Show website monitoring and management, working closely with AKA’s Digital Studio to provide high quality websites. Ensuring website content is consistent and up to date at all times, using the Content Management Systems in place (WordPress). • Delivery and adaption of show copy for print, websites, venues and press, putting into practice copywriting skills for each show. • Briefing artwork with internal and external designers, and trafficking to the relevant parties, such as external media owners, venue Marketing teams and clients. • Discussing potential offers to send out to venue databases, and discussing tour-wide offers and seat allocation with ticket agents nationwide. • Weekly reporting of sales figures for each show to clients and investors, backed up with sales analysis. • Working with photographers and videographers to ensure delivery of the client’s brief. • Weekly and fortnightly meetings with clients and investors to update on the current and future campaigns and strategies, alongside an update on daily sales. Preparing documents for clients ahead of these meetings, including campaign proposals and sales analysis, and sending out meeting contact reports after each meeting. • Creation of pitch documents and brainstorming pitch ideas to the Managers. • Preparation of departmental information for monthly and annual reporting for the finance Department.
• Worked alongside Client Services, New Business and Social Media departments, ensuring artwork and adverts produced adhered to the preferences of the client. • Frequently updated show websites via CMS for the client, keeping it up to date. • Attended client meetings to discuss weekly, monthly and future ticket sales, as well as current and upcoming campaigns and strategy. • Sole responsibility of show Facebook pages, through which I increased the popularity of the pages and gained knowledge of Facebook Insights. • Helped with market research for the Specialist Marketing team in order to advertise specific shows to particular audiences. • Kept a record of all media print for a multitude of shows. • Helped gather data of touring venues and created press releases for all regions.
• Managed Facebook and Twitter to increase awareness and popularity of the company, its theatres and the shows entering the venues. • Aided with mail outs and ensured all 6 theatres had up to date leaflets and posters. • Generated new spread sheets in order to simplify and condense sales reporting for the company.
• Organised itineraries for VIPs during Milan Fashion Week, January 2013. • Worked alongside the Press, PR and Marketing teams, assisting them in daily press reports, monthly PR competitor reports, and helping with Marketing spread sheets for UK and Europe. • Helped select and send out outfits and/or accessories for VIPs worldwide for award shows and as gifts. • Monitored online reports and columns of the company and kept records of any mention of Burberry worldwide.
