I have always been tenacious and determined to succeed, and I thrive in situations which challenge me and require me to think on my feet. I pride myself on my hard-working attitude, drive, and that I am always able to remain positive in any situation.
Having worked across a range of industries, I know I adapt easily and quickly to different working environments and the challenges of each. Throughout my most recent role at a top London Modelling Agency, I learnt that in order to get results it is essential to be proactive. From picking up the phone and keeping in regular email contact, to arranging face to face breakfast meetings is what made me, and my agency, stand out in a highly competitive crowd.
My many responsibilities included: Liaising with clients to fulfill job briefs, negotiating contract terms and rates. Booking models in for castings, options, jobs and test shoots. Organizing and running in-agency castings for clients. Creating and sending booking forms and invoicing clients. Sourcing new clients and building rapport in order to develop loyal and longstanding relationships, as well as maintaining existing relationships. Booking travel/accommodation for models on jobs both in the UK and overseas. General office administration, extensive diary management and keeping track of booker commission.
My ability to multitask and great time management skills were crucial in order to effectively juggle the many aspects of the job role. By implementing Outlook training among the staff, and taking the initiative to ensure everyone was running on the same system, we were able to become the most efficient, dynamic and unstoppable team, and win briefs from major clients including Joseph, GHD, Triumph, BVLGARI, La Perla, ASOS, Charlotte Tilbury and many more.
During my time at Rainmaker I was trusted to contact senior decision makers at marketing agencies across the UK and Europe and qualify exactly how we might be able to help them in gaining and maintaining new business. I developed a competent and rounded understanding of the marketing industry and the many different disciplines within. I consistently hit targets, and as a direct result of my work the company successfully brought on multiple new clients
