- Responsible for supporting clients through the post-sale process in accordance with company policies and best practices whilst delivering high-quality client service. (i.e., Post-Sale support, invoicing, payment and collections, shipping support.)
- Coordinated the after-sales process for six flagship and live auction sales to date ranging from Travel, Atlas, Maps, Natural History, Master Sculpture, 19th Century and 20th Century Sculpture, Printed Books & Manuscripts, Masters of the Woodblock: Important Japanese Prints and Fine Jewels.
- Successfully coordinated the safe shipment of a 16th-century German Master sculpture valued at £999,799.000 to a client in New York. Making it my most high-value, non-Marquee-sold lot to date.
