Working with small businesses and startups on logos, brochures, social media assets, apps and websites to shape them from small companies to brands that can stand the test of time, each job with its own brand identity guideline and a suite of templates for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Html Emails and brochures that each client becomes self reliant after training.
Whilst working at Greysnowpoker.com, my job was to shape and create the look and feel of the new online gaming start-up, this was done by hiring and mentoring a team of designers.. I created a style guideline for Brand (Typography, Iconography, Colours, Social Media, Photography & Stationary) and the User Interface (Typography, Breakpoints, Buttons, Filters & a complete library in Sketch and helped educate the company.
At SoaperDuper my role was to help shape the beauty start-up in to a brand. Creating a comprehensive Brand Guideline with key stakeholders (Marketing, CEO, Art-workers & Product) that included Branding (logo placements, Typography, Iconography, Social Media & HTML Email Templates (loaded and deployed with Mail-chimp), Photography, Packaging, User Experience, User Interface and Illustrations that I presented and educated to the whole of the company which included designers that reported to me on how to create a cohesive look and feel to help build customer trust.
Working within a fintech / Prop-tech start-up designing the branding, marketing collateral, user interface doing competitor research and being the point of contact for all things design. During my time at Coimmvest, I art directed drone photo-shoots across 8 different countries & worked with Cubstudio on animated videos for how to use, marketing campaigns and print campaigns.
I was bought in on a two-week contract but ended doing the User Interface on the e-commerce roll-out, teaching in-house designers how to use sketch, the importance of the brand alliance to make it cohesive. I oversaw 3 designers quality checking design work and setting out new guidelines for the art direction of photography.
I was the lead marketing designer taking control of the creative of the brand In-conjunction with the Creative Director. I worked closely with the Marketing Director to formulate new and exciting campaigns using photography & illustrations that could be rolled out across Print, Signage, Social Media, TV and other touch-points.
I reported Creative Director as part of a second in charge, my job was to create the User Interface, User Experience, Art Direction and Branding for a range of clients from shopping centres through to airports. These included making sure all Brand Guidelines adhered too but advising when necessary. I had to quality check the work from two junior designers and two mid-weight designers, making sure that all jobs were delivered to the highest quality on time within budget.
