- Flat design experiments for Blog RollWe've experimented here using photoshop layers, alpha channel and unique fonts to add a consistent theme to our blog roll that we will be continuing with. It's a flat style with strong, vibrant solid colour combined with contextual overlays! As we grow so does our brand look and feel, it's important to embrace change and adapt!

At RG I managed a team of engineers, coordinated the development and delivery of a SaaS automated ‘client-on-boarding’ subscription model. My involvement was 30% hands on coding in PHP7 e.g. services, webhooks and integrations. The product is launched and growing completely slashing onboarding times for Small Business.
The team is an cross-functional crew including product, design and qa. Collaboration was key to my function. I worked closely with other tech and product leads including the CTO to help resolve realtime challenges, make improvements and bring in new talent.
