In live in Manchester and have been involved with events and marketing for extreme sports for over 7years. I'm looking for work within the events / project coordinator roles. Would also be interested in freelance event staff work. My skills that I have developed over the years can be applied to many different areas including, social media, media content and team leading.

Engage and recruite fans of Monster Energy through the creation and activation of a local marketing program in my region to include, Sampling program (MATs) grassroot and national events, motorsport, action sports, gaming, athlete programs, music with tours and projects, media and website projects.
Some events that I have over-seen have been small action sport compititions but also have been involved in large international events such as,
Gymkhana Grid Final with Ken Block, B&E Invitational, BSB Cadwell Park, and UFC fight night in Glasgow.
I would also be working closely with the media team to make sure we were utilising our social channels as best as possible, this had to be quick, clean, legally sound but most importantly, credible to the correct audience.
Other Duties would include:
• Team management and coordination.
• Budget management.
• Site visits, contract meetings with organisors
• Working with our central production teams to produce the best result for events and activations.
• Help with our media teams to create unique content
• Working closely with our trade teams to make sure that our activations are tied into sell points
• Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager (UK & Ireland) and managing a team of MAT employees, this role is responsible for managing their geographic region, organising and activating all consumer marketing and managing the peer to peer sample program.

Since being offered a job the at the end of the previous season, I immdeiatly took the offer. I worked as a snowboard instructor, teaching all ages and all skills. Some days it would be teaching children aged 10-13 years old who have never seen snow before. Other days it was teaching young adults who wanted to work on their carving skills or their freestyle skills. I was very excited to work with people who wanted to learn this amazing sport. Unfortunatly due to a serious injury I had to return home early where I continued my work with Monster Energy.
