  • As a Manager-in-Training at Anthropologie Regent Street, i have progressed through the roles of Customer Associate, and then Senior Customer Associate by demonstrating excellent customer service and people skills, an ability to react calmly under pressure and help to guide our team in order to achieve not only extremely high financial targets, but also a happy and friendly work environment. Having focused my attention on the Operations side of the business for around a year now, i have extensive knowledge of the logistics side of retail, and have mastered the ability to have things ordered, organised and under control with the utmost efficiency. I have had to liaise with everyone from company executives, to sales associates, to warehouse associates and find my sociable nature has allowed me to do so with the greatest of ease. Having studied French at University, our Head of Retail saw fit to send me to the Paris concession to oversee operations, aid with visual merchandising and also train the staff. Further to this, i will also be going out to Paris and Nice to help open two new concessions for the company.

  • Was a studio assistant/runner for this young and lively Fashion Photography Production Company. Completed administrative tasks such as compiling bills and invoices, monitoring petty cash and creating location websites for clients, as well as answering phones, liaising with everyone from high profile clients to the daily team, accountants and production staff. I also acted as a runner on shoots for esteemed publications such as Italian Vogue, helping with any and everything (kit bags, coffees, invoices etc) the production team needed before during and after the location shoot.

  • Was responsible for all administrative duties such as arranging meetings with high profile fashion clients such as Manoush, Melissa Odabash, American Retro and The Kooples, as well as suppliers and accountants. Helped organize both Katy’s social and professional calendar for maximum efficiency. Also acted as a runner to and from the garment district, collecting clothes and invoices for various boutiques to which Katy was affiliated. Attended the Premiere Vision exhibit in Paris alongside the Melissa Odabash team and gained valuable insight into sales and client relations.
