Corinne Mynatt is an independent design curator, writer, and producer based in London. Her work focuses on design as a communication tool, whether visual, digital, or product. From developing brand strategies, concept development, research, editorial and commissions, her curated exhibitions and writing cover design and transdisciplinary practices that crossover with art, architecture, and food. She draws from her practical and theoretical experience in these disciplines and an international network of designers, artists, and architects across the UK, Europe, and USA. She has a particular interest in food and design, and is developing a book on the subject to be published in 2020.
Originally trained as an artist at Pratt Institute in New York and then at Central St. Martin’s in London, Corinne then completed a Masters in Contextual Design at the Design Academy Eindhoven. After working as an independent designer and curator, on return to the UK from the Netherlands she worked as a curator at the Royal Institute of British Architects and with design curator Jane Withers before establishing her own studio.

Curated projects ranged from exhibitions, events, research programmes and publications. I managed multiple projects at a time across Europe, the UK, and US, working collaboratively with partners, brands and clients, communicating often and efficiently to achieve our goals. These processes included ideation, scope, presenting to clients, managing budgets and writing copy for the projects including exhibitions, catalogues, and publications.
