I have held several leadership roles across various digital agencies and with global brands developing strategies for growth and seamlessly executing tactics to acquire new business wins. Expertise across recruitment, mentoring and leading cross functional teams coupled with experiences in running my own Marketing Agency adapting to fit current market challenges, utilising a network of SME freelancers to bolster services to deliver an end to end delivery of customer projects.
