I'm a certified Scrum product owner who is passionate about Agile & creating the best digital user experiences for customers. In early 2014 I moved back to the UK & became a Senior Online Customer Experience Manager/Product Owner at Sky.com. Since last March I've been informally performing the tasks of Head of My Sky.? ?I have over 16 years multiplatform experience working within the broadcasting industry, 9 of which were in TV production with the BBC, FOXTEL, Granada, FremantleMedia and Australian networks ABC & SBS. ? At Sky I set the roadmap for 2 multidisciplinary Agile scrum teams - consisting of 4 pairs of development streams & 2 scrum masters. I use analytics to drive business decisions and ensure all journeys are built with a thorough understanding of customer needs & behaviours. I identify & prioritise units of work for the team’s weekly sprints - clear in the knowledge of which units of work align the most to the business KPI’s. Whilst Executive Producer of Foxtel.com.au I led a production team of 8 & was responsible for digital product development, the editorial strategy & online production. I developed & delivered: an e-commerce Online Sales portal; content strategies; content management solutions; commissioned specialised content; key campaign microsites as well as various other multiplatform digital projects. ?I approach my work with passion, commitment and creativity whilst striving to achieve a positive solution driven environment.
