Fashion Stylist & Producer
Fashion Projects: Photography, Video, Styling, Art Direction and Production.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General
* Ensuring that creative guidelines for photography are adhered to and maintained at all times and all imagery is of a consistently high standard
* Collaborate and work cooperatively with the Creative Services, Marketing and Ecommerce teams.
* Manage Brand images to ensure that they are used appropriately. Including creation and maintenance of Image Library.
* Organising seasonal lifestyle photo-shoots working closely with the requirements of the Head of Creative Services and Brand Director, specifically:
Pre Production
- Selection, collection and return of all clothing, props and accessories needed for the shoot.
- Styling sessions: hold fit and styling sessions in advance of photo-shoot.
- Preparation of detailed shooting schedule and timed shot count.
- Shipping of samples, props and wardrobe to location.
- Booking Photographer, Videographer, Reportage Photographer, Digital Assistant, Hair and Makeup Artist and Wardrobe Assistant.
- Casting and Booking of all models.
- Project Management of video concepts for on shoot video.
- Forecast and control budgets for Lifestyle photo-shoots
- Scouting locations
- Appointment of local production company for onsite production needs
- Travel and accommodation booking for all crew and preparation of call sheets
Post Production
- Working with the Head of Creative Services on final image selection.
- Working with Creative Services team on marking-up and retouching of selected images.
Fashion Editor

I am responsible for creating online/digital content, and maintaining the integrity of the publication by ensuring the quality of artwork requirements.
My main duties include:
- Responsible for coordinating Coordinated photo/film shoots (booked artist, models, hair/make-up talent, and video photographers).
- Handle the tasks of maintaining and updating fashion-related content.?
- Blogging and Social Media management.?
- Update latest fashions in ready to wear by attending fashion week and market appointments to view new collections and determine best apparel and accessories for upcoming projects.?
- Coordinate with editors and photographers in enhancing the overlook and feel of the magazine.?
- Obtain photo shoot research references to generate new ideas and inspirations.
