I am a dynamic and creative leader with 5 years experience in the art, music and events industries. My hard working and entrepreneurial spirit led me to create a successful film studio in East London, managing commercial activities and developing a strong music clientele. In order to develop my commercial skills further I accepted an Innovation role at The Prince’s Trust. With my abilities as a communicator, executing large-scale productions and love for culture and art I am currently seeking out opportunities new opportunites. •Responsible for developing sustainable medium enterprise partnerships and bring in revenue for the new and award winning Innovation project Get Hired, to help The Trust get more young people into employment. • Lead generate & manage partner relationships with brands such as: The Tate, Bumble, National Trust, University of The Arts London, London Fire Brigade & Secret Cinema
•Live Event Manager for zone during the 4 day show, including 14 micro venues, 3 main stages and directing an office team and assistants - requiring clear communication, working under pressure and understanding a complex live event structure. • Effectively created and organised crowd management plans for up to circa 30,000 public and implementing this alongside security. • Coordinating between production managers & set designers for the preshow install of infrastructure to ensure the event opens on time. • Assisting health and safety with signing off venues preshow as well as being their eyes and ears during the event requiring sensible and achievable solutions in a busy environment, organisational skills and a calm attitude.
• Entrepreneurial venture creating a multidisciplinary blacked out studio for musicians and brands to create music videos, short productions, photo-shoots & events in East London - requiring hard work, resilience and determination. • Established strong relationships in order to grow client base, some of these included: Footasylum, Oreos, Link Up TV, Rinse FM, GRM Daily, Big Narstie, AJ Tracey. • Successfully planned, executed & produced over 100 music videos, which resulted in mass reaches of 17 Million views - Homerton B by Unkown T and 3 Million views - LO(V/S)ER by AJ Tracey.
• Co-ordinating & facilitating creative/storyline elements for area (14 micro veues). • Ensuring the smooth set up and running of the venues on time, whilst supporting & stage managing the performances.
