About me
Daisy is an experienced creative director operating at senior management/executive level. A proud queer, neurodivergent woman leading with lived experience and empathy, achieving a track record of team loyalty, effective output and high morale. Particular focus on creative storytelling to achieve authentic diversity, equality & belonging through visibility and expression. Shortlisted for a 2021 Clore Fellowship. Awarded RSA Fellowship in 2020. Thought Leader for SDG-focused social media platform Woken Up in 2020. As Head of Content & Creative, designed and authored comms strategies for each Brand Advance Group company; exceeded role goals within the first month. Lead in the creation of Brand Advance Creative, an in-house creative diversity agency: pitched to and secured global creative multi-channel ad campaigns with household name brands. As Founder of Liberally, set up a social enterprise during a global pandemic, producing daily content, podcasts & a quarterly digital magazine; the first issue showcased 30 diverse creatives and achieved over 2,200 organic reads in its first month. As a professional artist, showed in a well-regarded art gallery five times in 24 months, selling over 30 pieces through exhibition & private commission.
