Strategic marketing • Taking client briefs and creating marketing proposals and plans to meet client’s corporate objective to deliver against their objectives across both print and digital • Tracking growth, trends and analysing the impact of press campaigns by using Google Analytics to look at the no. of visitors to site and number of registrations in relation to the date an advert was posted, or when there was a press release • Defining target audience including creating profiles • Understanding competitor nature and activity • Working with Senior Mangers to develop, define and deliver on brand effective content strategies to reach the targeted audience Project Management • Managing projects from the creation of the brand through to delivery of the marketing campaign. This including creating, planning and tracking all project budgets and forecasting company revenue • Scoping and defining project parameters, including working with the creative team to make recommendations of deliverables across print and digital • Creating detailed timing plans and workflow to include media schedule, third party timings, phasing and launch dates; thus working closely and briefing other agencies such as media buyers, advertising, PR and and digital agencies to ensure they align on timings, messaging, and strategy • Providing exceptional day-to-day customer service to clients leading to lasting client relationships • Working collaboratively within a digital team to successfully implement responsive website projects with use of CMS • Organising and styling a photo shoot for a luxury property development Campaign Management • Implementing an advertising campaign, executing up to 10 ad’s each week over a 3 month period for press and digital • Managing the process of building and distribution of a number of EDM’s for UK, HK and SEA • Working closely with PR and Media agencies to create holistic marketing campaign engaging with customers at different touch points Production Management • Liaising with third parties such as exhibition specialists, printers and model makers to negotiate lead times • Setting deadlines, writing briefs, offering strategic input and guidance, monitoring timings whilst managing ambition client expectations through a busy studio People Management • Managing an Account Executive and running a successful Graduate scheme • Overseeing scopes of work, budgets and timings • Encouraging and training
