I’m a graphic designer located in Ipswich, Suffolk, just over an hour outside London by train. I have over 14 years agency experience working, primarily, in brand identity design, advertising, brochures, catalogues advertising, packaging and digital design. I'm here to deliver a high standard of design that is driven by bold and creative thinking. Whatever the project size my goal is always the same - with a great attention to detail, create design that is engaging, simple, purposeful and memorable. Since my youth I’ve had a real passion for all things creative, whether it be digital or in print. For me, there’s pros and cons to both that balance each other, together. I love the ever-evolving nature of digital but I love the tactile nature of print. There’s nothing like a finished piece of creative in it’s printed form on a good quality stock and the little extra finishes you can bring to it. After all my years in the industry, to this day, it still gives me a buzz to see my work in a magazine or brochure in a store. After firstly joining Marriott Howard Publicity and then later, bluesky Creative Marketing, I’ve developed a keen creative eye and a sharp attention to detail. It’s a delicate balance between producing attention grabbing creative that’s also useful. Always ensuring that the end result creates growth in the clients customer base.
Working freelance as a graphic designer located in Ipswich, Suffolk, just over an hour outside London by train. Having gained over 14 years agency experience I currently work on all areas of design for print and screen
I joined the bluesky studio during it’s infancy and held a key role with both creative and art working duties involving small and major projects. I worked with a variety of local and national clients offering creative solutions across all creative media. Whilst liaising with account managers and suppliers my role also involved ensuring finished artwork left the studio at the highest quality. Working to brand guides was second nature for me on such brands as B&Q, Virgin Limited Edition, Care UK, Barratt Homes and La Manga Club.
Trusted to work directly with clients where required and be responsible for meeting their design needs which included managing their projects from start to finish. I handled the initial concepts right through to to the finished article. I worked mainly in print but also completed exhibition design and some web based work.
