    Responsibilities: • Creating, managing and executing social media campaigns, both paid and organic, across all mediums (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram and Polyvore), • Assisting in the strategy, execution and distribution of all content marketing, as well as generally pitching in as part of the Marketing, Content and PR Team, undertaking extra duties when required. Achievements: • Promotion after 6 months – incorporating more responsibilities and tasks to my role. • Analytically assessing and monitoring campaign performance to ensure ROI targets are met. This includes analysing data from GA and other analytics software, deriving insights in order to optimize campaigns and reporting this data to the Marketing, Content and PR Team. • Increased Twitter Engagement levels by 80% YoY since joining the company. • Implemented a Pinterest influencer strategy that increased website traffic from Pinterest by 78% in two months. • Managing an annual budget of £60,000. • Ran successful competitions on Twitter and Polyvore, website visits increased by 50% and 20% respectively over the duration of these contests compared to the previous period.

    Responsibilities: • Working as part of a team contacting previous attendees of charity summits to discuss their experiences and gain feedback vital for the function of One Young World. Achievements: • Gaining further experience in a telephone role and further developing communication skills. • Quickly and accurately entering data into a clear Excel document that was used by the charity to help formulate future strategy. • Successfully running the One Young World Twitter page to over 100,000 followers.
