Working within a team of copywriters on a project updating the tone of voice within communications. Focussing on rewriting the style, layout and language of customer letters throughout the customer journey. Liaising with the various business areas, compliance and legal to ensure processes are consistent and updated.
The course consisted of modules such as modern branding, social media engagement and a foundation in digital media marketing. Through an additional module I also gained a level two Chartered Institute of Marketing certification. My dissertation for the course focused on the components need when trend forecasting a cultural movement and crossing over into the mainstream. The university has also been rated one of the top creative universities by a 2013 Which survey.
