Daniella (Dani) Chukwuezi (b. 1998, Lagos), I work across the mediums of design, photography, and moving image. I graduated with a First Class Honours from Design for Art Direction at University of The Arts London: London College of Communication in 2021.     For ChariteeFCT is a charity initiative started in quarantine by designers Dominic Waterfield and myself. Our first campaign was to raise money for and awareness to the homelessness crisis, exacerbated by Covid-19. It was a 2 week campaign hosted on Everpress.

    modern day mundanity.As the U.K. lockdown eases, and the government along with the rest of the country is on a pandemic summer holiday, this new series takes elements from Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, Yellow Stockings. The setting is reminiscent of my time spent at home, finding outfits and activities to pass the time in a quarantine with no end in sight.     SCREENTIME/SCREAMTIMEI shot some of my best work in lockdown with my dominant arm bone broken. I wanted to capture the lockdown mood based off my ongoing anxieties about online interaction, especially now that all social interaction and information about the rest of the world is only available by subjecting myself to the glow of screens, phones, tvs. We’re having to live our normal lives, inside, via technology. It’s scary to me.

    POP-UP THRIFT STOREA community project created by myself to promote sustainable fashion in south London communities, and to bring young people of the community together. These photos were taken by me for promotional social media posts, but also just for fun! Styling and creative direction also by me. The motivation behind it was fun, colours, and play. I gathered a group of friends/instagram mutuals, went to RedBow Studios in Stockwell, owner by my lovely friend Obi, and just documented everyone having fun in the
