I'm hard working, ambitious and i'm passionate about what I do. I have a degree in event management with 5+ years of industry experience and looking to get back into a creative industry.
Our team focuses on creatively raising awareness of Goldman Sachs among students by providing opportunities to learn more about the firm. My role consists of scheduling and logistically managing events at target universities, coordination of the marketing materials for 250 + events between September and November. Coordinating and executing interview days (recently 225+ interviews across 3 days). Project managing and implementing campus ambassador initiatives (e.g. GS Quiz Night at QMUL, Sponsorship of a Cycling society and University Hackathon society).
Working within GS University, I was responsible for all logistics and organisation involved in running training events onsite at Goldman Sachs, often being the first point of contact for stakeholders, internal and external clients. This included owning and coordinating the language programme for EMEA and the Investment Management Continued Professional Development. Having been promoted to senior coordinator in January 2015, additional responsibilities include providing team support and guidance to juniors, managing programme budgets of $200,000 +, proactively anticipating client needs and planning accordingly, successfully managing an increased workload, and ensuring coordination processes are efficient. Post programme analysis and developing innovative recommendations for improvement.
Working within artist management I created and developed community content for artists across various social channels. I managed orders and stock of the online Defected store and provided admin and office support. And assisted the events team with artist logistics, itineraries, pre-event preparations, as well as heading up a new series of exclusive events to run throughout 2014.
Interacting daily with NBCU, GE, Comcast Executives and exclusive advertising clients, I worked with NBCU staff for effective logistical and coordination management of all guests and staff operations. Set up events and provided administrative support to the NBCU events team. Managed, supervised, provided information and escorted executives to, during and from scheduled day activities and various Olympic events.
Working as personal and team assistant to the event designers, responsibilities included meeting with clients, creating quotes, managing staff, creating event summaries, planning, setting up and working on high profile and exclusive events.
Greeted customers, recommended products, met targets, restocked and replenished products and maintained store standards.
Managed accounts transactions, enquiries and generated business leads. Prepared the daily banking transactions administration for daily collection.
Handling after sales enquiries and administration, ticketing, invoices and complaints.
