  • Company Annual Report
    Company Annual ReportOne of the core projects I undertook while working at Koorana was the creation of the 2015/2016 Annual Report. This report was created for all stakeholders from the CEO and Board members through to clients. It gives a comprehensive overview of the company including the year in review, financial position, key stories and acheivements as well as objectives for the year ahead. It was an ongoing project that I carried on during my time their and completed as a freelancer once I left the company to ensure continuity and as I felt it fulfilled my obligation to complete the project. Components of the project included; - Project planning with management on necessary content - Briefing the relevant parties on content, deadlines and requirements. - Sourcing content - client feedback, financial data, taking photographic content - Analysing database of clients for demographic data as well as all services and support statistics - Reviewing client feedback and selecting relevant content - Analysing and interpreting the financial data and reporting - Collating the selected information and summerising findings in a clear and conscise manner - Editing SEO and board member content to ensure correct gramma and spelling - Taking photos and retouching them in photoshop to use as support alongside information - Draft layout and colour scheme, sent to designer for fianalisation, including two rounds of changes. - Engaging printer for print and production. Ensuring all fonts and PMS colours are supplied - Distribuion of final product to stakeholders and implementation at events

Direct collaboration with the CEO and General Managers on identifying marketing goals. Compilation and activation of a strategic marking plan in line with company goals, vision and wider strategic plan. Project managing the Annual Report for the board and stakeholders. Management and updating of current website including use of Google Analytics to form insights. Website audit and plan for design and build of new solution. Major Responsibilities – Account Manager & Marketing Account management and client liaison for major existing clients and new key accounts including; A focus on new business development, while maintaining margins and servicing clients across all divisions of the company; Ecommerce, Outdoor Campaigns, Touring and Sales. This would include responding to RFPs, leading presentations and client meetings to win business. Ecommerce management and strategic planning, including campaign development and creative direction aimed at furthering the brand and increasing sales. Including utilising CRM database and customer databases to activate email marketing campaigns as well as social media retargeting. Marketing campaign management and strategic planning for clients both online and outdoor. Attention to SEO and key marketing principles. Experience using google analytics and Adwords. Working directly with head of Marketing and design team on creative ideas and design elements for company branding, campaigns, clients collateral and products.
