I’ve held executive roles at R/GA, SapientNitro, and Zone before moving to The Dots, The "LinkedIn for Creatives." I’ve won 100+ awards including two Cannes Lions and inclusion in the BIMA 100 in 2014 and 2016. I write and speak about design and tech at Fast Company, The Drum, SXSW, and IxDA. I am a passionate advocate for diversity in the creative industries and sit on the board for Creative Equals.
