• Lead digital (web, mobile and outdoor) development, from strategy to execution • Manage global website platform and development (including SEO, PPC strategy) • Manage relationship with agencies and brand builders in 50+ markets • Data analysis including tracking, reporting and evaluation of campaigns • Develop consumer understanding of brand communication idea and campaign initiatives • Identify opportunities for the brand in digital space • Event planner and lead for IC largest global conference and activation • E-Commerce & Direct To Consumer strategy and brand guideline development • Global strategic packaging development, including design and guideline roll-out • Budget Management and media channel planning • Management of internal communication channels to drive internal engagement • Roll-out and localisation of market development campaigns
Key Responsibilities: • Management and development of global intranet Home Page • Delivering best-practice site communications for brand teams • Implementing integrated communication plans for all internal campaigns. • Supporting the development and delivery of global internal communication projects • Delivering measurement strategy across internal channels
