Accountabilities included:  Competitor research of similar co-working real estate companies.  Customer research on expiring leases and potential office space for existing tenants.  Gathering details of prospective clients through outbound marketing channels such as LinkedIn.

FRANK Water is a Bristol-based non-profit organisation working to develop water and sanitation systems for marginalised communities in India and Nepal. My internship role in the commercial division of the charity was to co-ordinate and execute commercial operation at festivals across the UK. Accountabilities included:  Transport, coordination, and assembly of equipment including risk assessment.  Organising and adjusting rotas for volunteers and coordinating tasks as appropriate.  Liaising with festival production to ensure tech, water and electricity facilities were finalised.
