• Responsible for management of stock levels against predetermined monthly targets for each division; involving weekly review of stock, sales and gross profit to achieve annual sales and revenue goals.
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders so there is a smooth implementation of various initiatives, i.e. international mailing campaigns to align with business strategy.
• Work with multilevel colleagues and clients in other operations i.e. owners, finance, buying, SEO, and marketing to ensure a cohesion in campaigns and product level strategies.
• Make proactive proposals to deliver additional turnover and margin and prepare end of season analysis of departments, executing markdown strategy
• Prepare weekly reports to monitor performance of departments for internal and external agents; providing constructive analysis and maintaining intelligence reports.
• Making and building reports on TR system to analyse trade and stock valuations, and cross analysing with Excel Line Detail, WSSI, Delivery Schedule and Brand Development
