    Front of House Co-ordinator
    I manage the front of house area by greeting all external guests. It is essential that the area is presentable at all times so I maintain this throughout the day by monitoring cleanliness levels and reporting any other issues to Facilities, Security or IT. Internal staff contact me to book meeting rooms and it is my responsibility to ensure that there are no clashes. I use my excellent telephone manner when directing incoming calls and booking in visitors for meetings. Efficient customer service skills and tact are needed when calls about complaints are received. I have implemented new procedures for logging complaints and dealing with lost property. I also assist the Facilities team by allocating Helpdesk calls to them quickly so that they can be answered efficiently. When the team need support, I help by creating and maintaining databases for them. I also help by presenting the information in excel charts. I often take team meeting minutes when required.
    Freelance Florist

    I was employed as a freelance florist to help the team make flower arrangements for weddings and high profile events across London. I also helped coordinate the studio by keeping a log of supplies that are running low and making sure they were ordered. I was asked to deal with debt chasing which involved accuracy when checking invoices against bank statements and excellent communication skills when following up with clients about outstanding payments. I used my customer service skills when responding to customer orders, ensuring customers process their payments and provide all necessary address details for the recipient of the flower order. I then communicated what orders need to be made to the team. I also made arrangements for weekly contracts.
