As a consultant, I was responsible for client pitching and programme delivery as well as marketing and business development. Oliver Wyman is a $2.1billion global management consultancy with 5,000 employees worldwide (part of the MMC Group with over 65,000 employees). As member of the EMEA team, I was responsible for B2B campaigns and associated partnerships delivering events, campaigns and programmes across the region. Responsibilities: campaign management including strategy, briefing, audience acquisition, communications, contract negotiation, talent management, operations, budgeting, research and analysis. I also initiated London's first arts & culture programme, encouraging staff to embrace creativity as well as corporate culture, for which I was annually awarded for services to the firm.

As part of the brands largest value market, I was responsible for delivering UK and EMEA activity - from bespoke tastings to 50,000 people EXPOs. Responsibilities: content creation, digital marketing, event management (planning, logistics, budget, execution) and competitions.
Carer’s First is a regional charity supporting unpaid adult and young carers. Graduating in the financial crisis, I was initially recruited as a volunteer and subsequently offered a permanent role to directly assist the CEO. Responsibilities: service design, fundraising, brand engagement and facilitation of research groups.
