I studied at Kingston University and have a degree in Business with Media and Cultural Studies. I believe my professional experience to date provides me with the necessary skill set for many new roles. I currently work at Partizan as Head of New Business. I report directly to the Managing Director and I run the day to day activities for the New Business team. My role comprises of talent management and having regular dialogue with the company's directors. I am also responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with some of the biggest advertising agencies in the industry in order to generate new business. Another one of my main roles at Partizan is finding and signing new talent. Production companies rely on having the brightest and most exciting talent at their disposal to keep ahead of competitors and to generate work and it is my job to spot these emerging talents and trends. Since heading up the New Business team, I have helped highlight key areas for the business to develop. I have built and implemented the client relationship management system which helps Partizan further the brand's image throughout the advertising world. As well this I provide the directors with advice and support allowing them to challenge themselves to further their careers. Through this role I have become a key figure at Partizan gaining many transferable skills which could easily be applied to many other jobs roles. I have been instrumental in helping Partizan maintain successful relationships with clients such as BBH, Wieden and Kennedy, Grey, AMVBBDO, Mother, plus many more whilst also bringing in many digital and content agencies in the UK and Holland such as 180 Amsterdam and KesselsKramer to name just a few. I recently completed the Advertising Producers Association Masterclass course and regularly attend industry talks, presentations and screenings which allows me to have a fantastic understanding of the production process whilst also keeping up to date with any current trends within the industry. Prior to my current role I have worked as a Production Assistant where I coordinated film shoots. This experience taught me how to work in a fast paced environment and improved my knowledge of dealing with client's, working to tight schedules, dealing with creative teams and working to a budget. This experience allowed me to understand how to work effectively within a team and how to maintain communication channel. I have been in London for eight years and also worked for a post production company and worked at London Fashion week. In my spare time I like to keep fit, sew and plan social events however my main passion lies within film and music.
• Over 5 years working at Partizan, I have built up a strong network of contacts in the advertising industry, cultivating solid relationships with Creative Directors, Creatives, Producers and Heads of Department. I regularly brought in scripts from a cross-section of Agencies including BBH, Wieden and Kennedy, AMVBBDO, Mother, Publicis, M&C Saatchi, Saatchi & Saatchi, Fallon, DLKW Lowe, Grey London, Brothers & Sisters, Adam&EveDDB and many others. I have also acquired a wide range of contacts in Amsterdam such as 180 Amsterdam, Wieden and Kennedy, Sid Lee, Kessel Kramer and more. • The role comprises of talent management and having regular dialogue with my directors, such as Michel Gondry, Antoine Bardou-Jacquet and Nima Nourizadeh. • Keeping abreast on current trends within advertising but also film making. • Participating on conference calls and Agency meetings at pitch stage. • Being the face of the company and presenting to some of the biggest adverting agencies in the industry. Presentations can range from 1 – 40 people. • I organise Partizan’s events: film screenings, social gatherings, lunches, Cannes and Christmas parties sometime ranging up to 200 people. • Assisting directors with treatments by giving creative and practical notes if needed. • Oversee the design and communication of digital press. I manage PR for Partizan’s commercial and Music video department and liaise with press companies such as Creative Review, Shots, David Reviews and Campaign, to make sure all the best work is seen. To which I have many contacts. • Determine what goes on the website; tailoring the directors individual pages and liaising with the MD on Partizan’s front page.
