Working within GNM events, marketing and audience department to deliver commercial, trade, consumer and bespoke projects and events across the business to support the organisation's commercial, editorial and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include: - Manage project managers to deliver existing and new events programme - Manage multiple complex events simultaneously from inception to completion including large scale events for 500+ - Assist with departmental budgeting and resource planning to deliver 250 events across the team of 15 project managers - Event development and supporting the commercial team when pitching for new business - General day to day duties include, liaising with stakeholders, facilitate and lead meetings, budget and timeline creation, sourcing and managing new and existing suppliers, manage digital media, create marketing plans, commission and oversee artwork briefs
