Office Coordinator
Team management to ensure all office tasks are met.
- Management of 15 stores in the northwest region ensuring collection of all information/feedback is collated and correct to submit to head office.
- Implementing and creating new strategies inline with new software and processes back office and shop floor to ensure that all is followed in the
correct way and any discrepancies are noted and resolved with the correct re-training and knowledge.
- Providing the relevant training to ensure the development of staff is ongoing.
- Working with area management to host area meetings with programmes and sufficient information.
- A continual drive to learn more skills across all departments including warehousing and shopfloor.
- Dealing with customer complaints and resolving any problems as required and ensuring customer satisfactory is kept extremely high.
- Dealing with all administration demands of a flagship store
- Completing trials and feedback for new trails on future software programmes and procedures.
- Achieving high results in company compliance office audits. Raising the previous result of 88% to 91% (good to outstanding respectively) through the implementation of new methods introduced by myself using re-checks, training resources and logs to ensure all procedures are followed correctly.
Junior Designer

- Working with Adobe Photoshop for clients.
- Creating new phone apps.
- Working alongside the junior designer to produce various designs and concepts for the clients according to the briefs given.
- Working with the simulating programming software to create motion graphics and creating mock up websites.
