About me

 

For the past seven years I have been working in the advertising and communication field for several international companies. During this period I have earned knowledge in communication skills that helped me build a reputation for being accurate, honest and efficient. My clients varied from regional automotive companies (Land Rover MENA, Kia Jordan) to telecommunications (Qtel Qatar), retail groups, world restaurant chains, banks, etc. This variety of clients increased my exposure to multiple industries. Most importantly it gave me the inter-personal skills needed to establish and manage internal or external relationships, attract new customers and deepen existing customer relationships. I have experience of managing teams and guiding them to achieve clients’ goals. I also have handled important and particular client accounts and ensured their requirements and business interests are well served and met. I have well developed presentation and communication skills and have conducted marketing pitches, mid year reviews and regional meetings in English, Arabic and French to meet client needs. I am able to gain the trust of customers by interacting with people from all backgrounds. This included ATL, BTL and TTL, TV and radio material • Part of the team that put together the production of a series of webisodes (web episodes) as part of the launch of the vehicle. This series was directed by a leading Emirati director who then became the brand ambassador for the Range Rover Evoque • 2013 Bronze Dubai lynx award for Land Rover Escape button. We decided to surprise every Land Rover owner with the Land Rover LR4 Escape Key. A small object that let them personalize their keyboard in a special way. This project translated into great sales. The number of queries almost tripled. Test drive’s up by 208%. But most importantly, it made Land Rover LR4 the top-of-mind 4x4 vehicle of our prospective customers. • Land Rover campaign winner of 2011 Lynx awards (category print) • Y&R Dubai won the Dubai lynx awards for Agency of the year and network of the year 2011 • Consultant for all Land Rover dealers in MENA regarding all campaigns 2. LIWA Trading UAE: (Retail group that includes brands like: DWELL, BHS, La Senza, The Fashion Net, Gant, etc..) • Manage design and production of all BTL and ATL material for majority of the brands • Organized the launch fashion show of one of their fashion stores. This was great success story for we managed to put together and strategy to a soft opening that included a social media competition that raised awareness to the store and was the main reason for receiving around 250 people to the fashion show.
