This includes tasks such as stock control and counts, controlling the post and deliveries, ensuring that all the displays are neat and tidy, remerchandising brands and sections of the store, running the sales, changing pos and display pieces, dealing with stock related issues, transferring in and out stock to stores and head office, making sure that everything is kept clean and tidy and making sure everything is easily accessible to sales team to help them maximise sales. working closely with the repair work shops for different brands, chasing repairs, dealing with invoices and estimates, placing orders, communications with customers and brands via telephone, text, letters and emails, also handling complaints
