As the Sales and Marketing Manager I am responsible for all pre-booked revenue within the business. I offer bespoke packages for all clients; from corporate event hire for 500 guests, delegate lunches and hospitality bookings. Managing a team of three marketing coordinators, I set individual KPI's so that as a team we focus on the success of the business, driving footfall into the venue. I plan and implement the marketing strategy for the business (both on and off-line) and generate leads from hosting networking events and building relationships with businesses in the Northwest. I am target driven and use my initiative to create marketing content to generate business and I personally design all POS, online campaigns, artwork and internal events with an aim of driving custom in areas of business decline. Responsibilities include: Budget Management; Delegation of KPI's and staff training; Planning and implementing of the Marketing strategy and content; Business Development; Client networking events; Inbound and Outbound sales; Bespoke event design (Corporate events); Venue Management; Building of an on-line presence for the business (SEO).
