Solo and as part of a team, organising and creating spectacular events with actors/directors/musicians/authors, from ‘Live from London’ musicians & ‘Meet the filmmaker series’. This involved dealing with celebrities, and their agents and publicists, security, marshals, sound engineers, and also iTunes, to ensure live events ran smoothly.
Providing engaging, informative and entertaining workshops, summer camp courses, youth training sessions, special needs workshops. This required advanced knowledge of all Mac programs, and an ability to work effectively with people of differing experience and abilities.
Supporting the creative, one-to-one and ‘customer facing’ areas.
Updating event information on the web, also arranging information for printed calendars for the store.
Logistic Co-ordinator

Dealing with day-to-day paperwork, including customs items and dealer invoices.
Organising with warehouse staff to organise shipments and stocking.
